as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Frequently Asked Questions

International Transaction Fees

When you make a purchase you are essentially paying Etsy and then Etsy pays the seller. Etsy is based in Ireland so if you're using a credit card or direct debit your bank may treat this as an international transaction. You could consider using Paypal to avoid this.

Sizing details

All sizes listed are Australian unless stated otherwise. Sizes can however vary between brands. I am always happy to provide an exchange on items that may be larger or smaller than what was expected unless they're personalised.

When will my order arrive?

While I endeavour to dispatch on time every time, I am unable to guarantee delivery time. I can provide a delivery estimate based on information from the carrier but this does not take into account any delays including customs or public holidays.

What if there is a problem with my order or it is not what I expected?

Please contact me because I will do whatever I can to help you.

Custom and personalised orders

While I try to keep my prices affordable please keep in mind that it takes time to create something special and new for you. Custom orders or changes to existing designs generally incur a small additional fee.

Garment brands

I use a lot of different brands to print on, some high street and some boutique. This is because I have sourced the best quality and value for money for each style of garment.

Express Shipping Upgrade

If you select the Express Shipping upgrade please keep in mind that this speeds up delivery time, not processing time. Tilly&Wilbur post from an address outside the Express Post network - this means that Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links but your delivery won't be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.

Need urgently?

Our normal processing time is 3-5 business days. If you require overnight processing please contact us. There is a 24 hour processing fee of $20 & once paid we will endeavour to have your order printed and dispatched within 24 hours unless it is the weekend.
