The best Etsy experience I've ever had 😊I ordered this item as a surprise reveal for my mother in laws 70th birthday. The item was due to be received in time for when I needed it but was shipped to the wrong destination by Aus Post (not the sellers fault). After some minor panicking I contacted the seller to explain what was happening. Sarah has been the absolute best to deal with in order to find a quick resolution for this problem. She immediately express posted a new item in case the original didn't make it in time.
