    Processing Times

    All items are printed to order. Please refer to the website banner for our current processing time.

    This timeframe includes design printing, any personalisation, garment pressing, and careful hand-packing of your order.

    If you need your order urgently, select the Rush Order option at checkout or contact us prior to placing your order. Rush Orders are processed within 24 business hours (please allow extra time for custom or personalised items).
    Note: Standard processing times apply to all shipping methods unless a Rush Order is selected.

    We aim to dispatch all orders on time, but during busy periods, processing may take longer due to increased order volumes. While we can provide estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.


    Domestic Shipping (Australia)

    All Australian orders are shipped with a flat-rate fee and tracking. We recommend downloading the Australia Post app for real-time updates.

    For postcode specific delivery estimates to your location, feel free to contact us.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post.

    Once dispatched, deliveries are managed by Australia Post. Tilly&Wilbur is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed items.


    International Shipping

    We ship worldwide using DHL Express, with a flat international shipping fee.

    Please note: We are currently unable to ship to Canada due to ongoing labor actions and legislation changes.

    Delivery times vary between countries and may be affected by customs or carrier delays. As a result, we cannot provide delivery time estimates for international orders.

    You’ll receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. Ensure your contact details are accurate, as DHL may reach out directly if further information is needed for delivery.

    Customs & Import Taxes

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. These charges are not included at checkout and, if applicable, will be collected by your local carrier or customs office.
    Please check your country's import regulations if you're unsure.


    Address Accuracy

    Please review your confirmation email to ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.

    If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, Australia Post applies a Return to Sender fee, which will be passed on to you.

    We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage costs may apply).

    For international orders, ensure your email and phone number are up to date to avoid customs delays or failed deliveries.
