We messaged you in relation to your requested delivery date and offered a Rush Order to expedite processing however you didn't reply.
Due to the current volume of orders for Christmas our processing time is 7 business days and this is advised on the website, at checkout and in your confirmation email. Upon checking the tracking on your order I can see the purchase was made on Oct 24 and delivered on Nov 8 which is on time in relation to our advertised processing time and the Australia Post delivery estimate.
If your item is unworn and still in original packaging you are more than welcome to return to us for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
