To place your order:

• Select your Size from the dropdown menu.
• The available Garment Styles* for that size will appear — select your preferred style.
• Next, the available Garment Colours* for that size and style will appear — choose your colour.
• If there’s another dropdown specific to the design, make your selection.
• If the design allows, add personalisation (like a name or number) in the text box.
• Choose your Packaging option and click Add to Cart.

You can then add more items or proceed to checkout.

At Tilly&Wilbur, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, personalised garments for all ages. We use standard Australian sizing and stock a wide range of colours and styles to suit your needs.

Given sizing can vary between brands, we recommend comparing the measurements in our size charts with a similar garment you already own and love. Please see size charts info here.

As a general guide for Australian kids' sizing, the size usually corresponds to the child's age. For women looking for an oversized fit, consider opting for the Staple tee (men's tee), which features longer arms and waist hems than the Maple tee.

Many of our listings use "lifestyle" images to promote the designs, which means the colour or style you receive may not be an exact match to what is pictured. We also source our garments from different suppliers across our baby, children, and adult ranges, although we will aim to match the garments as close in colour as possible, the colours in 'matching' sets may not always be identical. If you’d like to confirm the exact colour or sizes, please feel free to contact us prior to ordering.  

Please choose your sizes carefully. Since we lovingly print every item to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in line with our policy. If you're unsure about sizing, don't hesitate to reach out to us for help. We're more than happy to provide precise measurements!

It’s simple, don’t let the item be worn thereby ensuring it will never need washing! Jokes aside, all items are machine washable however we recommend turning inside out and using a cold wash and mid detergent. Please don’t soak, tumble dry or iron directly on prints.

All items are printed to order. Please refer to the website banner for current processing times.

Processing includes design, personalisation, printing, and hand-packing. Shipping time applies after processing.

All orders ship with tracking. For updates, we recommend the Australia Post tracking app.

Once dispatched, parcels are in the hands of Australia Post or your local carrier. Tilly&Wilbur is not liable for delays, lost items, or undeliverable orders.

We ship from Australia to most countries with a flat international rate.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees — these are not included at checkout and may be collected by your local delivery service.

Packaging Options

We offer three beautiful packaging options to suit your preferences. You can select your preferred option when adding your chosen garment to your cart:

Minimal Packaging
Your garment will be carefully folded and wrapped in a soft tissue paper band, sealed with our signature branded sticker. It will then be placed in a mailing satchel, appropriately sized for your order. This minimal, environmentally friendly packaging option is perfect for those who prefer a lower-waste approach and is ideal for larger orders, where space-saving and simplicity are key. If there are multiple items in your order, these garments will be bundled together, to again reduce the amount of wrapping materials used. 

Tissue Wrapped in Box
Your order will be folded and wrapped in a tissue paper band, sealed with our branded sticker, and placed in a sturdy cardboard box before being posted in a mailing satchel. Our boxes add an elevated touch to your parcel’s arrival and can be reused for gifting or storing special items.

Gift Wrapping
Your garment will be tissue-wrapped and boxed as above, then beautifully gift-wrapped using kraft paper, themed belly bands, and ribbon. We choose wrapping that complements your selected design, or you may include a note at checkout if you have a specific theme or colour in mind. You’re also welcome to include a personalised gift message—just leave it in the checkout notes, and we’ll hand write it on a gift tag to include with your gift-wrapped item.
